Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required to process your return.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
Gift cards or vouchers.
Products purchased on final sale or marked “non-returnable.”
Damaged items caused by improper care, accidents, or customer misuse.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at visoyy2022@gmail.com or log in to your account to raise a request.
Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address where serviceable.
Once the product is received at our facility, it will be inspected before processing your refund or exchange.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size, color, or product style (subject to stock availability).
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund as per our refund policy.
Only one free exchange is allowed per order. Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product passes quality checks, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method UPI.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed to your bank account. Our support team may contact you for bank details.
Shipping Costs
The first return or exchange for an order is free of charge.
For additional returns from the same order, a small shipping fee may apply.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Visoyy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof.
We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
