Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at visoyy2022@gmail.com or through your account dashboard.
If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may still request a return or exchange after receiving the product, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to restrictions on using the COD option in the future.
Visoyy’s Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
Payment is not successfully completed.
The product is out of stock or discontinued.
Shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or unserviceable.
Suspected fraudulent transactions.
In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if payment was made) will be processed.
Refund Timeline for Canceled Orders
Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 5–7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
For COD orders canceled before shipping, no charges apply since no payment was collected.
