Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required to process your return.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.  

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Products purchased on final sale or marked “non-returnable.”

  • Damaged items caused by improper care, accidents, or customer misuse.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at visoyy2022@gmail.com or log in to your account to raise a request.

  • Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address where serviceable.

  • Once the product is received at our facility, it will be inspected before processing your refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or product style (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund as per our refund policy.

  • Only one free exchange is allowed per order. Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.

Refund Policy

  • Once your returned product passes quality checks, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method UPI.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed to your bank account. Our support team may contact you for bank details.

Shipping Costs

  • The first return or exchange for an order is free of charge.

  • For additional returns from the same order, a small shipping fee may apply.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Visoyy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
